eBAY POLICY CHANGES
CIRP’s examination of the eBay website revealed that during a one-month period, 190 eBay auctions contained or were suspected to contain a recalled children’s product or toy. Following publication of this article, eBay announced changes to policies regarding the listing or attempted sale of recalled items.
