DR. MCKENZIE RECEIVES OUTSTANDING CLINICAL PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR AWARD

In February 2010, Dr. Lara McKenzie was selected by a committee of her peers to receive The Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Outstanding Clinical Principal Investigator award for 2009. The award was in recognition of her accomplishments as a principal investigator at the Center for Injury Research and Policy in 2009.  Dr. McKenzie’s research focuses on injuries that occur in and around the home as well as the delivery of injury prevention interventions in the pediatric emergency department and the community.
